The CCTS is pleased to announce that RTC Havre-Saint-Pierre, eTor Networks and Redbox Wireless are now Participating Service Providers. Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with these service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
