The CCTS is pleased to announce that NCS Network Consulting, Purple Cow Internet, IVC Communications, Télé-Fibre La Minerve, Golden Rural High Speed, Beauce Sans Fil and Oui Henri are now Participating Service Providers. Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with these service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
