Online Complaint Form
The CCTS helps customers and small businesses in Canada resolve complaints related to mobile, home phone, Internet and television services. Completing the online complaint form is the easiest way to file a complaint.
Our complaint resolution service for the phone, internet and TV industry is completely free to all consumers.
Submit your complaint form in one simple step
The fastest way to file a complaint is through our online form. We will review your complaint and determine whether we can help you further. The details you provide will help us understand what happened and how you want the service provider to resolve the issue.
If we accept your complaint, the first step we take is to send a copy of your complaint to your service provider. They must work directly with you to try and resolve the issue. This means that, as part of our complaint resolution process, your information will be shared with your service provider.
