Team Leader, Investigations

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

As the Team Leader, Investigations, you are integral to the culture and smooth functioning of our Conciliation and Investigations department. You are responsible for the hands-on leadership and support of a team of Complaints Resolution Officers (CRO) and Investigators.

As a Complaints Resolution Officer (CRO), you will communicate with the disputing parties to identify an acceptable resolution for the complaint, based on CCTS processes while maintaining impartiality at all times.

Microsoft Platform Developer

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year + Excellent Benefits

The Microsoft Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting the Integrated Case Management and Contact Center Solution built on the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and AI capabilities.
