Annotated Guide to the Wireless Code
The CCTS publishes and periodically updates an explanation of the CRTC’s Wireless Code, called the Annotated Guide to the Wireless Code.
The annotated guide goes through each section of the CRTC’s Wireless Code and provides details, commentary and examples that help explain our approach to interpreting and applying the standards set out in the Wireless Code.
Our annotated guides are based on our experience handling and investigating thousands of consumer complaints. Reading the Wireless Code with our annotations can help you understand how the Code is applied in real life, and how we may use the Code when handling a complaint.
