This notice is further to our Public notice regarding intention to terminate participation dated March 2, 2026, in which we advised the public that CCTS intended to terminate the participation of three service providers because we had reason to believe these service providers no longer provide services that are within CCTS’ mandate:
- Scandia ISP Internet Inc. which is the legal entity that provided telecom services under the brand name ISP Canada;
- Springtel Communications Inc. which is the legal entity that provided telecom services under the brand name Springtel Communications Inc.; and
- Leepfrog Telecom Ltd. which is the legal entity that provided telecom services under the brand name Leepfrog Telecom Ltd.
After investigating the matter and seeking public input regarding any ongoing activities of these service providers, the CCTS has determined that these service providers no longer provide services within the mandate of CCTS, and therefore has terminated their participation in the CCTS.
