The CCTS is pleased to announce that Toronto Telecom, Ice Wireless and CityWest Cable & Telephone corp. are now participating service providers.

Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with those service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
