The CCTS is pleased to announce that China Telecom Canada, 4pairless Communications, Kwic Internet, S.M.S Vox and VerseTEL are now participating service providers.
Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with those service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
