About CCTS

The CCTS is an independent organization dedicated to resolving TV and telecom services complaints. If you have not been able to reach a solution directly with your service provider, we may be able to help — and you can expect a fair and impartial complaint resolution service.

What We Do

The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) is Canada’s telecommunications and television ombuds. We are an independent, not-for-profit organization that helps resolve disputes between customers and their providers.

The CCTS was created in 2007 when the Government of Canada ordered the CRTC to create an independent, industry-funded agency to resolve complaints.
