Your role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will partner with the HR Director, HR Manager, and CCTS management team to develop, oversee, and actively implement HR strategies required to drive results and meet organizational goals. The Human Resources Generalist is a champion of both occupational health and safety, employee engagement and DEI in all activities they do.
You will engage is the full gambit of HR areas, including talent acquisition, training and development, total rewards, occupational health and safety, people supports, employee engagement and more. This role serves on CCTS internal committees and contributes to a strong and healthy workplace culture.

Must-have magic:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources generalist role, or an equivalent experience of education and experience.
- A post-secondary education (minimum college diploma) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
- CHRP designation (or working towards) a significant asset
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingualism (French/English) an asset
- Intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills. Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of payroll requirements, including CRA payroll rules, an asset
