Your Role:
As an Investigator, you will play a crucial role in addressing unresolved complaints escalated by our Complaint Resolution Officers. Your keen analytical skills will be put to the test as you review, fact-find, and analyze complaints to determine if service providers have met their obligations. In doing this work, you will consult contracts, terms of service, and relevant Codes of Conduct. Your recommendations will directly influence the resolution process.

Must-Have Magic:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in investigative work, research, or a related field is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing complaints within a dispute resolution context is required.
- Completion of a 2 or 3 year College Diploma in a relevant field, such as Conflict Resolution, mediation, law, social science, political science, psychology or public administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience in conducting thorough investigations, performing analyses, and effectively presenting findings in writing will be considered a considerable advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. (proficiency in both French and English is strongly preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is desired.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications sector or knowledge of the industry is a significant asset.
