Participating Service Providers
To ensure the CCTS can provide free and effective complaint resolution services to customers when they need it, the CRTC requires internet, phone, and licensed TV service providers in Canada to participate in the CCTS.
Below you’ll find a list of Participating Service Providers (PSPs). These are telecom and TV service providers who are in good standing and participate in our ombuds complaint program.
For telecom and TV customers
Don’t see your provider listed as a PSP? We might still be able to help.
If your complaint falls within our mandate, but your service provider does not currently participate in the CCTS, we will enroll your service provider within 30 days of you filing your complaint. Please note that the sign up process can sometimes exceed 30 days.
