The CCTS is an independent organization dedicated to resolving TV and telecom services complaints. If you have not been able to reach a solution directly with your service provider, we may be able to help — and you can expect a fair and impartial complaint resolution service.

CCTS is Canada’s ombuds for the telecom and TV industry. We are a national, independent not for profit organization dedicated to resolving customer complaints about telecommunications and television services, fairly and free of charge.
