Setting Our Next Priorities

Planning for the next four years: 2019-2022 Strategic Plan

Our Board of Directors and Senior Management team have spent many months conducting a strategic planning exercise in order to set the organization’s main priorities for the next four years. We have obtained input from several of our stakeholders and we believe that these new priorities will respond to many of the concerns that have been expressed to us.

Our three main priorities are:

  1. Delivering an efficient, effective and transparent service delivery to customers and service providers
  2. Strengthening our organizational capacity, structure and resilience
  3. Building a deeper value-added relationship with our stakeholders
