The CCTS is pleased to announce that IceNet Wireless, Surf Media, Fleettel, Novus Entertainment and Telesave Communications are now participating service providers.
Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with those service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
