The CCTS is pleased to announce that Uni-Télécom, Collect to Cell, First Cloud Telecom, Cybernet Communications and Unity Connected Solutions are now a participating service provider.
Customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with these service providers can now escalate unresolved complaints to the CCTS for resolution.
