{"id":974,"date":"2016-11-24T11:00:16","date_gmt":"2016-11-24T16:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=974\/"},"modified":"2018-10-12T13:37:01","modified_gmt":"2018-10-12T17:37:01","slug":"sorienter-sur-une-mer-de-changements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/sorienter-sur-une-mer-de-changements\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u2019orienter sur une mer de changements"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Le CPRST lance son Rapport annuel<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ottawa, le 24 novembre 2016<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013Le Commissaire aux plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (CPRST) a annonc\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui que son ann\u00e9e 2015-2016 s\u2019est termin\u00e9e avec une baisse de 18 pour cent du nombre de plaintes re\u00e7ues des clients canadiens de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms. Il s\u2019agit de la troisi\u00e8me baisse annuelle cons\u00e9cutive des plaintes au CPRST et de la deuxi\u00e8me baisse annuelle cons\u00e9cutive des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux services sans fil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La baisse du nombre de plaintes pour une troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive marque une tendance \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Commissaire et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CPRST, Howard Maker. \u00ab La publicit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le fait, pour le CPRST, de rendre public le nombre de plaintes re\u00e7ues des clients de chaque fournisseur de services, a incit\u00e9 les compagnies \u00e0 faire des efforts pour r\u00e9duire le nombre de plaintes de leurs clients au CPRST. Plusieurs fournisseurs de services semblent avoir fait un effort concert\u00e9 pour changer la mani\u00e8re dont ils traitent les plaintes de leurs clients et r\u00e9soudre un plus grand nombre de celles-ci \u00ab \u00e0 l\u2019interne \u00bb. Bien qu\u2019il y ait place \u00e0 am\u00e9lioration, le fait que des clients n\u2019aient pas \u00e0 avoir recours \u00e0 l\u2019ombudsman de l\u2019industrie pour r\u00e9gler leurs probl\u00e8mes est une bonne nouvelle \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le CPRST signale que 89% des clients dont les plaintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es par le CPRST en 2015-2016 se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s satisfaits de la mani\u00e8re dont elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solues &#8211; dans un d\u00e9lai de 30 jours pour les trois quarts d\u2019entre elles. De plus, le CPRST a encore une fois d\u00e9pass\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble de ses normes de rendement cette ann\u00e9e et la satisfaction des clients \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des services du CPRST est refl\u00e9t\u00e9e dans le tr\u00e8s haut taux de satisfaction exprim\u00e9 dans le sondage effectu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des clients, qui se trouve dans le Rapport annuel. \u00ab Puisque notre organisme fournit des services aux clients de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms m\u00e9contents, il est important que nous adoptions des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Cela signifie acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes des clients, et nous sommes extr\u00eamement fiers de notre succ\u00e8s dans ce domaine \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Maker.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me le plus fr\u00e9quemment soulev\u00e9 dans les plaintes, pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, est le d\u00e9faut des fournisseurs de services de divulguer des informations importantes aux clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes inquiets de l\u2019augmentation des plaintes sur les politiques d\u2019annulation de 30 jours et les frais factur\u00e9s apr\u00e8s annulation \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
