Nous voyons de plus en plus de cas o\u00f9 les fournisseurs ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux plaintes dans les d\u00e9lais prescrits ou ne fournissent pas les documents pertinents \u00e0 notre personnel.\u202f\u00bb \u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En plus de se conformer aux r\u00e8gles de la CPRST, les fournisseurs de services doivent contribuer \u00e0 la sensibilisation du public \u00e0 l\u2019existence de la CPRST.\u00a0 La majorit\u00e9 des 60\u202ffournisseurs de services audit\u00e9s n\u2019avaient pas de page de plaintes facilement accessible ou ne fournissaient pas de renseignements concernant la CPRST sur leur site Web, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/a-notre-sujet\/sensibilisation\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">contrairement \u00e0 ce qui est exig\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. La plupart de ces fournisseurs de services n\u2019ont pas non plus \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de d\u00e9montrer que la fonction de recherche sur leur site Web g\u00e9n\u00e8re des r\u00e9sultats appropri\u00e9s pour les principaux termes li\u00e9s aux plaintes, ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour attirer l\u2019attention des clients et des clientes sur la disponibilit\u00e9 du processus de traitement des plaintes de la CPRST en cas de probl\u00e8mes non r\u00e9gl\u00e9s.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00ab\u202fLorsque nous observons une non-conformit\u00e9 aux r\u00e8gles de sensibilisation du public, nous la signalons au fournisseur de services et nous faisons tout ce que nous sommes en mesure de faire pour collaborer avec lui afin qu\u2019il se conforme aux exigences. En 2022, notre travail a permis \u00e0 un grand nombre de fournisseurs de services de faire le n\u00e9cessaire pour se conformer aux r\u00e8gles de sensibilisation du public afin que leurs clients et leurs clientes soient au courant de l\u2019existence de notre service gratuit de r\u00e8glement des plaintes, a ajout\u00e9 M<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">me<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Lo. L\u2019expulsion d\u2019un FSP de la CPRST entra\u00eene une violation des exigences r\u00e9glementaires du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications canadiennes (CRTC), qui exigent que les fournisseurs de services au Canada adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la CPRST.
