{"id":8569,"date":"2023-02-17T15:45:38","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T20:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=8569\/"},"modified":"2023-02-17T15:08:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T20:08:10","slug":"les-instructions-ised-relatives-a-la-politique-de-telecommunication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/les-instructions-ised-relatives-a-la-politique-de-telecommunication\/","title":{"rendered":"Les instructions d\u2019ISDE relatives \u00e0 la politique de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ottawa (le 17 f\u00e9vrier\u00a02023) \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Le 13\u00a0f\u00e9vrier\u00a02023, le gouvernement du Canada <a href=\"https:\/\/ised-isde.canada.ca\/site\/services-mobiles\/fr\/decret-donnant-crtc-instructions-approche-renouvelee-politique-telecommunication\">a finalis\u00e9 ses instructions relatives \u00e0 la politique de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019intention du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications canadiennes (CRTC) afin que les droits des consommateurs soient au premier plan des d\u00e9cisions futures du CRTC. Les instructions relatives \u00e0 la politique ordonnent au CRTC de mieux soutenir les droits des consommateurs dans un certain nombre de domaines, ce qui comprend le renforcement de la capacit\u00e9 de la Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision\u00a0(CPRST) de remplir son mandat.<\/p>\n<p>La CPRST prend acte des nouvelles instructions relatives \u00e0 la politique, qui soutiennent le renforcement de son r\u00f4le et de son mandat. Les nouvelles instructions confirment l\u2019importance du droit des consommateurs \u00e0 obtenir r\u00e9paration et le r\u00f4le important que joue la CPRST pour les clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, la CPRST a aid\u00e9 des consommateurs et des fournisseurs de services \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre plus de 150\u00a0000\u00a0plaintes, 9\u00a0fois sur 10 dans les 30\u00a0jours, et ce, gratuitement. Ces r\u00e9sultats t\u00e9moignent de son engagement \u00e0 fournir des services de r\u00e9solution de diff\u00e9rends efficaces et efficients. De plus, la CPRST a mis en place un programme rigoureux ax\u00e9 sur la conformit\u00e9 afin de surveiller et de favoriser la conformit\u00e9 des fournisseurs de services \u00e0 ses r\u00e8gles et \u00e0 ses exigences d\u2019adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<p>La CPRST a entrepris plusieurs initiatives visant \u00e0 sensibiliser le public aux services qu\u2019elle offre. Elle organise notamment des campagnes de sensibilisation et des consultations avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et avec des groupes de consommateurs, pr\u00e9pare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/codes-statistiques-et-rapports\/rapports-du-cprst\/\">des rapports annuels<\/a> et s\u2019assure que les fournisseurs de services participants informent leurs clients de l\u2019existence de la CPRST au moyen de diverses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La CPRST demeure d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 travailler avec les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s afin de promouvoir un march\u00e9 des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications \u00e9quitable, qui prot\u00e8ge les consommateurs et leur donne un certain pouvoir. La CPRST continuera d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son processus de traitement des plaintes, ainsi que ses initiatives ax\u00e9es sur la conformit\u00e9 et la sensibilisation du public, afin de soutenir sa mission d\u2019aider les consommateurs et les fournisseurs de services \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre leurs diff\u00e9rends.<\/p>\n<p>Elle souhaite poursuivre ses efforts pour aider les fournisseurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des consommateurs en mati\u00e8re de communications.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>En juillet\u00a02022, la CPRST a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des commentaires dans le cadre de la consultation du gouvernement du Canada sur les instructions propos\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la politique. Ces commentaires se trouvent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ic.gc.ca\/eic\/site\/smt-gst.nsf\/fra\/sf11810.html\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de la\u00a0CPRST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CPRST est l\u2019organisme national et ind\u00e9pendant du Canada qui s\u2019occupe de r\u00e9gler les plaintes des clients relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, de fa\u00e7on, et ce, gratuitement.
