{"id":6558,"date":"2021-03-29T06:00:10","date_gmt":"2021-03-29T10:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=6558\/"},"modified":"2021-03-25T13:19:34","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T17:19:34","slug":"augmentation-du-nombre-de-plaintes-deposees-par-les-clients-de-services-de-telecommunications-et-de-television-rapport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/augmentation-du-nombre-de-plaintes-deposees-par-les-clients-de-services-de-telecommunications-et-de-television-rapport\/","title":{"rendered":"Augmentation du nombre de plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par les clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision : Rapport"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Durant la pand\u00e9mie, 9\u00a0plaintes sur 10 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gl\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ottawa (29\u00a0mars\u00a02021)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 La <em>Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/em> (CPRST) a publi\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui son <a href=\"https:\/\/pub.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/rapport-semestriel-2020-2021\/\">Rapport semestriel\u00a02020-2021<\/a>, qui montre une augmentation de 6\u00a0% du nombre de plaintes qu\u2019elle a re\u00e7ues de la part de clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications au Canada entre le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0ao\u00fbt\u00a02020 et le 31\u00a0janvier\u00a02021.<\/p>\n<p>Bell est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de 20,3\u00a0% de toutes les plaintes, suivi de Rogers avec 13,2\u00a0%, Fido avec 10,3\u00a0%, TELUS avec 7,1\u00a0% et Freedom\u00a0Mobile avec 6,5\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont de leurs services sans fil que les Canadiens se plaignent le plus, suivis, dans l\u2019ordre, des services internet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie locale. Les pr\u00e9occupations qu\u2019ils soul\u00e8vent le plus souvent sont les \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8mes de divulgation\u00a0\u00bb, dont la majorit\u00e9 concerne une divergence entre ce \u00e0 quoi les clients s\u2019attendent et ce qu\u2019ils re\u00e7oivent, suivie par l\u2019inexactitude des montants factur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Durant la pand\u00e9mie mondiale, les familles canadiennes ont compt\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on accrue sur leurs services internet. Beaucoup de Canadiens ont travaill\u00e9, \u00e9tudi\u00e9 et socialis\u00e9 dans le confort de leur foyer, et par cons\u00e9quent, nous avons vu une augmentation de 50 % des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du service internet. \u00bb, constate Howard\u00a0Maker, commissaire de la\u00a0CPRST.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La CPRST signale aussi que les violations au Code sur les services sans fil ont diminu\u00e9, passant de\u00a046 \u00e0\u00a028 durant cette p\u00e9riode. Les violations les plus fr\u00e9quentes avaient trait au d\u00e9faut d\u2019un fournisseur de services de remettre une copie du contrat au client ou \u00e0 des contrats ne comprenant pas les renseignements requis par le Code sur les services sans fil.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que notre \u00e9quipe a d\u00fb s\u2019adapter brusquement \u00e0 de nouvelles conditions de travail, la CPRST a continu\u00e9 pendant toute la pand\u00e9mie \u00e0 accepter des plaintes, et r\u00e9gl\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 9 plaintes sur 10.\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 M.\u00a0Maker. \u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes l\u00e0 pour aider les Canadiens qui ne parviennent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9gler leur diff\u00e9rend avec leur fournisseur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La CPRST a le pouvoir de faire en sorte que les Canadiens qui d\u00e9posent une plainte contre leurs fournisseurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone cellulaire, d\u2019internet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie soient indemnis\u00e9s.
