{"id":5554,"date":"2020-05-12T05:55:19","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T09:55:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=5554\/"},"modified":"2020-05-08T13:00:59","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T17:00:59","slug":"diminution-du-nombre-de-plaintes-deposees-par-les-clients-de-services-de-telecom-et-de-television-rapport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/diminution-du-nombre-de-plaintes-deposees-par-les-clients-de-services-de-telecom-et-de-television-rapport\/","title":{"rendered":"Diminution du nombre de plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par les clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision : Rapport"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La CPRST rapporte une diminution de 12\u00a0% du nombre de plaintes<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ottawa (le 12\u00a0mai\u00a02020)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 La <em>Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/em> (CPRST) rapporte aujourd\u2019hui, dans son <a href=\"https:\/\/pub.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/rapport-semestriel-2019-2020\/\">Rapport semestriel<\/a>, une diminution de 12\u00a0% du nombre de plaintes re\u00e7ues entre le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0ao\u00fbt\u00a02019 et le 31\u00a0janvier\u00a02020 de la part de clients canadiens des services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, diminution qui fait suite \u00e0 une hausse de 44\u00a0% pour la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux contributeurs \u00e0 cette diminution sont Cogeco, Bell et TELUS (Cogeco -75\u00a0%, Bell -26\u00a0% et TELUS -7\u00a0%). Les plaintes portant sur Fido et Rogers ont augment\u00e9 de 29\u00a0% et de 6\u00a0%, respectivement.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes heureux de constater que les clients sont de plus en plus en mesure de r\u00e9gler leurs probl\u00e8mes directement avec leurs fournisseurs de services, et nous sommes l\u00e0 pour aider les clients qui ne sont pas \u00e0 m\u00eame de le faire\u00a0\u00bb, remarque Howard\u00a0Maker, Commissaire de la\u00a0CPRST. \u00ab\u00a0Il est clair que les entreprises et les organismes de tout le pays doivent faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en ce moment, et nous travaillons tr\u00e8s fort pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce sont de leurs services sans fil que les Canadiens se plaignent le plus, suivis, dans l\u2019ordre, des services internet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie locale. Les pr\u00e9occupations qu\u2019ils soul\u00e8vent le plus souvent sont les \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8mes de divulgation\u00a0\u00bb, dont la majorit\u00e9 concerne une divergence entre ce \u00e0 quoi les clients s\u2019attendent et ce qu\u2019ils re\u00e7oivent, suivis par les diff\u00e9rends concernant l\u2019exactitude des montants factur\u00e9s (\u00ab\u00a0frais incorrects\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>La CPRST rapporte aussi que les violations du Code sur les services sans fil ont diminu\u00e9 de 25\u00a0%.
