{"id":4624,"date":"2019-04-02T06:00:29","date_gmt":"2019-04-02T10:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=4624\/"},"modified":"2019-03-29T12:22:51","modified_gmt":"2019-03-29T16:22:51","slug":"hausse-continue-du-nombre-de-plaintes-des-clients-de-services-de-telecom-et-de-television","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/hausse-continue-du-nombre-de-plaintes-des-clients-de-services-de-telecom-et-de-television\/","title":{"rendered":"Hausse continue du nombre de plaintes des clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La CPRST rapporte une hausse de 44\u00a0% du nombre de plaintes.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ottawa (2\u00a0avril\u00a02019)<\/strong> \u2013 La <em>Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/em> (CPRST) rapporte aujourd\u2019hui, dans son dernier <a href=\"https:\/\/pub.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/rapport-semestriel-2018-2019\/\">Rapport semestriel<\/a>, une hausse de 44\u00a0% du nombre de plaintes re\u00e7ues entre le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0ao\u00fbt\u00a02018 et le 31\u00a0janvier\u00a02019 de la part de clients de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, hausse qui fait suite \u00e0 une augmentation de 73\u00a0% pour la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont de leurs services sans fil que les Canadiens se plaignent le plus, suivis, dans l\u2019ordre, des services internet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie locale. Les probl\u00e8mes les plus souvent soulev\u00e9s concernent des frais incorrects et la non-divulgation des modalit\u00e9s (entra\u00eenant souvent une divergence entre ce \u00e0 quoi les clients s\u2019attendent et ce qu\u2019ils re\u00e7oivent) qui, ensemble, repr\u00e9sentent 29\u00a0% de tous les probl\u00e8mes faisant l\u2019objet de plaintes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Le rapport montre que la non-divulgation constitue toujours un probl\u00e8me,\u00a0\u00bb fait remarquer le commissaire de la CPRST, Howard\u00a0Maker. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est avec plaisir que nous avons fourni des donn\u00e9es cruciales au CRTC dans le cadre de son r\u00e9cent examen des pratiques de vente au d\u00e9tail des grandes entreprises de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications. Notre constatation d\u2019une \u201cdivergence\u201d entre ce que beaucoup de clients croient acheter et ce qu\u2019ils obtiennent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est au c\u0153ur du rapport du CRTC.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La CPRST rapporte aussi une augmentation de 42\u00a0% du nombre de violations du Code sur les services sans fil durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. La violation la plus courante touche le d\u00e9branchement de services par le fournisseur sans qu\u2019un avis ait \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 au client.<\/p>\n<p>Les 5 fournisseurs de services ayant re\u00e7u le plus de plaintes, soient Bell, Rogers, Cogeco, TELUS et Freedom Mobile, repr\u00e9sentent plus de 60 % de toutes les plaintes accept\u00e9es par la CPRST durant le semestre.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019augmentation du volume des plaintes nous oblige \u00e0 nous adapter pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des Canadiens et des fournisseurs de services,\u00a0\u00bb poursuit M.\u00a0Maker. \u00ab\u00a0Le rapport montre que nous avons trait\u00e9 68\u00a0% plus de plaintes que pendant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier, ce qui prouve que nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de r\u00e9agir rapidement et efficacement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La CPRST continue d\u2019exceller dans la r\u00e9solution des plaintes entre les clients et les fournisseurs de services.
