La CPRST est un ombudsman impartial et ind\u00e9pendant hors du syst\u00e8me juridique, qui offre un service gratuit aux Canadiens pour les aider \u00e0 r\u00e9gler des plaintes concernant les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et les services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Les dispositions de notre code de proc\u00e9dures nous permettent d\u2019examiner et d\u2019entendre les plaintes pour d\u00e9terminer si un fournisseur canadien de service de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications ou de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision a rempli ses obligations de fa\u00e7on raisonnable aux termes du contrat applicable et a appliqu\u00e9 ses politiques et proc\u00e9dures op\u00e9rationnelles habituelles. Dans le cadre de notre processus, nous tenons compte des principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du droit, et de ce qui est juste et raisonnable dans les circonstances, en prenant en consid\u00e9ration toutes les preuves. La CPRST a en place un processus de v\u00e9rification et de r\u00e9vision pour assurer l\u2019exactitude de nos donn\u00e9es et pour garantir que tous les clients sont trait\u00e9s \u00e9quitablement. La CPRST r\u00e9affirme son engagement qui est de veiller \u00e0 ce que nous ayons en place les processus et les mesures appropri\u00e9s pour aider les clients \u00e0 r\u00e9gler leurs plaintes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00c0 propos de la CPRST<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nous sommes l\u2019organisme national et ind\u00e9pendant du Canada qui \u0153uvre \u00e0 r\u00e9gler les plaintes des clients relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quitablement et ce, gratuitement. Nous examinons notamment les erreurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 la facturation, la conformit\u00e9 aux modalit\u00e9s et aux engagements du contrat, la prestation d\u2019un fournisseur de services, la gestion du cr\u00e9dit et les probl\u00e8mes relatifs au recouvrement.
