Durant la p\u00e9riode vis\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sent rapport, la Commission a accept\u00e9 846\u00a0plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<p>Le motif le plus fr\u00e9quent de plaintes demeure la non-divulgation ou l\u2019inexactitude de renseignements sur les conditions de prestation d\u2019un service. Il s\u2019agit, et de loin, du plus important probl\u00e8me pour les clients de services sans fil. Pour les clients des services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, la principale source de pr\u00e9occupation est la facturation de frais inexacts, et pour les clients de services Internet, c\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 du service.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la p\u00e9riode, il y a eu un moins grand nombre de violations du Code sur les services sans fil et du Code sur les politiques de d\u00e9branchement et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t qu\u2019au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier. \u00c0 ce jour, il n\u2019y a eu aucune violation confirm\u00e9e du Code des fournisseurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<p>Bell demeure le fournisseur de services qui fait l\u2019objet du plus grand nombre de plaintes. En effet, quelque 2\u00a0275\u00a0plaintes de clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es contre elle, soit trois fois plus que contre Rogers, qui arrive au deuxi\u00e8me rang avec 707\u00a0plaintes.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une forte augmentation du nombre de plaintes, la CPRST a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre plus de 90\u00a0% des plaintes trait\u00e9es durant la p\u00e9riode. De celles-ci, plus de 88\u00a0% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solues dans les 30\u00a0jours suivant leur acceptation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre travail d\u00e9pend des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui surviennent dans les march\u00e9s des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Nous n\u2019avions pas pr\u00e9vu cette forte augmentation de notre charge de travail, explique le commissaire de la CPRST, Howard\u00a0Maker. Notre processus de traitement des plaintes des clients conna\u00eet donc un certain retard \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.
