Il y aura \u00e0 compter de demain une oreille pour vous \u00e9couter.<\/h2>\n<p>Le Commissaire aux plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (CPRST), qui entendait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les plaintes d&rsquo;utilisateurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile ou r\u00e9sidentielle et d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;internet, a \u00e9t\u00e9 rebaptis\u00e9 Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9com-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et sera responsable de l&rsquo;application du Code des fournisseurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le CRTC en janvier 2016 et qui entrera en vigueur demain lui aussi.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;introduction d&rsquo;un nouveau Code sur les services sans fil, en 2013, avait modifi\u00e9 cette industrie en imposant notamment une dur\u00e9e maximale de deux ans aux contrats.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles exigences du Code pour les services t\u00e9l\u00e9visuels ne sont pas aussi s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Elles visent essentiellement la fa\u00e7on dont doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au consommateur l&rsquo;information sur les divers forfaits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source:\u00a0JEAN-FRAN\u00c7OIS COD\u00c8RE La Presse &#8211;\u00a0http:\/\/affaires.lapresse.ca\/economie\/medias-et-telecoms\/201708\/31\/01-5129182-crtc-une-oreille-pour-se-plaindre-des-services-de-television.php Insatisfait de votre fournisseur de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision\u00a0?
