{"id":1530,"date":"2015-04-02T11:28:30","date_gmt":"2015-04-02T15:28:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=1530\/"},"modified":"2020-04-21T14:41:07","modified_gmt":"2020-04-21T18:41:07","slug":"diminution-des-plaintes-en-telecom-augmentation-des-violations-au-code","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/diminution-des-plaintes-en-telecom-augmentation-des-violations-au-code\/","title":{"rendered":"Diminution des plaintes en t\u00e9l\u00e9com, augmentation des violations au Code"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Le CPRST publie son premier rapport semestriel sur ses activit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ottawa, le 2 avril 2015<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Avec la sortie de son premier\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/report\/rapport-semestriel-2014-2015\/\">rapport semestriel<\/a>, le Commissaire aux plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (CPRST) note une diminution de 8,5 pour cent des plaintes dans la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e faisant l\u2019objet du rapport, ce qui confirme la tendance d\u00e9crite dans son rapport annuel de 2013-2014. Le rapport semestriel couvre la p\u00e9riode du 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0ao\u00fbt 2014 au 31 janvier 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9duction des plaintes est une tendance qui se poursuit depuis f\u00e9vrier 2014 et c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients et les fournisseurs de services\u00a0\u00bb a indiqu\u00e9 Howard Maker, le commissaire du CPRST. Le CPRST rapporte que le probl\u00e8me le plus souvent soulev\u00e9 continue d\u2019\u00eatre celui des erreurs de facturation (13 pour cent de l\u2019ensemble des probl\u00e8mes), suivi par celui de la non-divulgation des modalit\u00e9s contractuelles (pr\u00e8s de 12 pour cent de l\u2019ensemble des probl\u00e8mes). En d\u00e9pit de la diminution des plaintes, les clients ont soulev\u00e9 ces deux probl\u00e8mes plus fr\u00e9quemment; une tendance qui pr\u00e9occupe le CPRST.<\/p>\n<p>Le CPRST rapporte \u00e9galement une augmentation des violations au Code sur les services sans fil (328 violations confirm\u00e9es). Dans\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cartt.ca\/\">une lettre d\u2019opinion r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e<\/a>, M. Maker commentait cette augmentation, en notant que le Code s\u2019applique \u00e0 un nombre grandissant de consommateurs lors de la conclusion de nouveaux contrats. De plus, le CPRST am\u00e9liore constamment son expertise dans l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des dispositions du Code, alors m\u00eame que les fournisseurs de services modifient leurs contrats, modalit\u00e9s de services, politiques et processus. Ces raisons, et d\u2019autres facteurs, engendrent des situations \u00a0nouvelles et diverses d\u2019application au Code.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Est-ce que le ciel nous tombe sur la t\u00eate\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb se demandait M. Maker. \u00ab\u00a0Pas vraiment. Le CPRST est \u00e9videmment pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par l\u2019augmentation des violations confirm\u00e9es mais nous nous attendions \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il y ait une p\u00e9riode d\u2019ajustement lors de la prise de conscience du plein impact du Code par les clients et consommateurs et nous pensons que c\u2019est ce qui se produit pr\u00e9sentement\u00a0\u00bb. Le rapport semestriel souligne aussi le succ\u00e8s continu du CPRST dans la r\u00e9solution des plaintes \u00e0 la satisfaction des clients. Durant la p\u00e9riode faisant l\u2019objet du rapport, plus de 87 pour cent des plaintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solues avec succ\u00e8s. \u00ab\u00a0Ce premier rapport semestriel est avant tout une op\u00e9ration de transparence\u00a0\u00bb a indiqu\u00e9 M.
