{"id":1212,"date":"2016-03-30T15:05:09","date_gmt":"2016-03-30T19:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/?p=1212\/"},"modified":"2018-10-12T13:52:57","modified_gmt":"2018-10-12T17:52:57","slug":"le-nombre-de-plaintes-en-telecoms-demeure-stable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/le-nombre-de-plaintes-en-telecoms-demeure-stable\/","title":{"rendered":"Le nombre de plaintes en t\u00e9l\u00e9coms demeure stable"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Le nombre de plaintes t\u00e9l\u00e9 plaide en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9largissement de mandat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ottawa, le 30 mars 2016\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 La demande des consommateurs pour les services de l\u2019organisme ind\u00e9pendant et impartial de traitement des plaintes de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms est demeur\u00e9e stable durant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de cet exercice financier, selon le deuxi\u00e8me\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/report\/rapport-semestriel-2015-2016\/\">rapport semestriel<\/a>\u00a0publi\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui par le Commissaire aux plaintes relatives aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (CPRST). Le 17 mars, le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications canadiennes (CRTC) a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 compter du 1er septembre 2017, le CPRST acceptera aussi les plaintes des consommateurs pour leurs services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et administrera le Code de conduite des fournisseurs de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision du CRTC. Le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/report\/rapport-semestriel-2015-2016\/\">rapport semestriel<\/a>\u00a0souligne la demande croissante des consommateurs pour l\u2019ajout des services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision au mandat du CPRST. Le CPRST a enregistr\u00e9 plus de 4650 probl\u00e8mes de consommateurs li\u00e9s aux services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision durant les six premiers mois de 2015-2016, compar\u00e9 \u00e0 7294 pour l\u2019ensemble de 2014-2015. \u00ab\u00a0Cela permettra de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande des consommateurs d\u2019obtenir un traitement ind\u00e9pendant de leurs plaintes sur la facturation, la prestation de services et les probl\u00e8mes contractuels li\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs services t\u00e9l\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb a indiqu\u00e9 le Commissaire et chef de la direction du CPRST, Howard Maker. \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que plusieurs Canadiens re\u00e7oivent leurs services de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et leurs services de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms du m\u00eame fournisseur de services, et souvent d\u2019une mani\u00e8re group\u00e9e, il leur appara\u00eet logique de pouvoir soumettre l\u2019ensemble de leurs plaintes relatives \u00e0 ces services \u00e0 la m\u00eame organisation\u00a0\u00bb. Le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccts-cprst.ca\/fr\/report\/rapport-semestriel-2015-2016\/\">rapport semestriel<\/a>\u00a0indique le nombre de plaintes re\u00e7ues des clients de tous les fournisseurs de services participants et montre une diminution substantielle de la proportion de plaintes re\u00e7ues des clients de Rogers. \u00ab\u00a0Bien qu\u2019en termes de plaintes re\u00e7ues, Rogers conserve le deuxi\u00e8me rang, il a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 65% moins de plaintes durant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an pass\u00e9. Nous f\u00e9licitons Rogers du temps et des efforts investis avec le CPRST pour diminuer le nombre d\u2019interactions n\u00e9cessitant un recours au CPRST, ce qui am\u00e9liore l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client de ses abonn\u00e9s. Nous invitons tous nos fournisseurs de services participants \u00e0 faire des efforts similaires\u00a0\u00bb a indiqu\u00e9 M. Maker.
