Who are we and what do we do?

Based in Ottawa, ON, the CCTS is Canada’s national and independent organization dedicated to resolving customer complaints related to telecommunications and television services. Using our dispute resolution and investigative skills, we provide Canadians with a free and impartial service when they are unable to resolve complaints directly with their service providers.
