CCTS finalizes a public awareness plan.  Under this plan, CCTS will redesign its website and take other steps to get its message out to Canadians.  Participating service providers will notify their customers about the existence and role of CCTS through bill messages or bill inserts, through explanations and links on their websites, through telephone directories, and in the final stages of handling unresolved complaints.
