Membership Policy

All Canadian carriers and resellers with annual Canadian telecommunications service revenues exceeding $10 million in the previous fiscal year, are required to be members of the CCTS. Membership in the CCTS is voluntary and is open to any other entity providing retail telecommunications services in Canada.
