About our Contact Centre
Our Contact Centre is not like a typical call centre: it’s for inbound calls, to serve our customers when they need our help. You don’t need to sell anything—just offer our callers the best in customer service.
The CCTS isn’t just all about the work. We have an annual holiday event, team-building events and a staff Social Committee that plans and delivers various events and activities throughout the year. If you want to get involved, you can join the Social Committee and help with the planning.
