Customer Care Associate

CCTS is a customer-oriented small to medium sized organization located in downtown Ottawa and we have an immediate requirement for a fluently bilingual Customer Care Agent. Our mandate is to provide a mediated, unbiased approach to resolving consumer and small business complaints after interaction between the complainant and the service provider has failed to yield a satisfactory outcome. The Customer Care Agent will report directly to the Inquiries and Complaints Director. The successful candidate will be directly involved in all aspects of communications i.e. inquiries, information requests and/or complaints received via telephone, facsimile and email etc. The candidate must possess superior bilingual qualifications with a strong emphasis in French correspondence. The candidate must also possess a minimum of 3 years of previous call centre experience, and a well-developed customer service skill set which will allow the candidate to identify, assess and respond clearly and accurately to all inquiries. The candidate must also be enthusiastic and be able to work in a dynamic team environment.
