CCTS is pleased to announce that Quality Speaks LLC, which also provides service under the brand name Phone Power, and Tel-Synergy are now participating service providers. Quality Speaks LLC, Phone Power and Tel-Synergy customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with their service provider can now escalate unresolved complaints to CCTS for resolution.
