CCTS is pleased to announce that Fongo Inc., which also provides service under the brand names freephoneline.ca, Dell Voice, Bud Phone, Bud Light Phone, Bud Light Lime Phone, and Kokanee Phone; and Metro-Montreal Communications Inc., which also provides service under the brand name Tele-Page, are now participating service providers. Fongo Inc., freephoneline.ca, Dell Voice, Bud Phone, Bud Light Phone, Bug Light Lime Phone, Kokanee Phone, and Tele-Page customers who have not been able to resolve a dispute directly with their service provider can now escalate unresolved complaints to CCTS for resolution.
